When you open up your Tradebank account you will be assigned to a Personal Trade Broker within the region that you do business.
Your broker is the “window” to the Tradebank system.
Although there are a number of ways to see what is going on within the
Tradebank community in terms of new members, upcoming events and so on, your Trade Broker is still the best way to stay
up-to-date with all that is happening. Expect to be contacted at least 1-2 times per month by your broker who will want to
know about your current and future purchases and to better understand what it is that you would like to market to other members
within the exchange.
Your broker is an extension of your sales and marketing arm in that they will sell and promote your products
and services. At the same time they make up a small part of your purchasing team because they help source vendors from the
Tradebank network that can service your needs, as well as directing our sales teams to ensure that the products and services
their clients need are available.
