Tradebank provides you with complete training in the day-to-day operations of your Tradebank franchise, forms, theory, specialized concept and practical applications. Tradebank will train you to plan for Tradebank auctions, special events and other networking functions vital to the life of your exchange. The initial training will be for two days at Tradebank Canada’s corporate headquarters, following that will be one week of training in the field performing actual sales and brokering within your territory. After about 30 days you will receive another week of field training to ensure that you are fully comprehending the process.

The corporate office is open from 9 until 5 Monday to Friday (EST) for any questions or assistance that you or your clients may need. There is often staff available for before and after hours assistance as well.

Tradebank holds broker and sales training sessions every six months at no charge for any region to send their brokers and sales people for first time or refresher training. There are also annual Canadian and International meetings which contain a training component.

Tradebank holds web conference training on a regular basis (topics vary).
