Operations Associate
This is the base position for most individuals who will come to work for corporate. An operations associate is the first line of contact for the franchisees and for clients contacting the corporate office. All operations associates are responsible for posting transactions, handling client queries on their accounts, assisting clients in utilizing myTradebank. Each associate will also have duties specific to them (eg. Ordering client cards, printing statements, preparing reports) as well as acting as a backup to another associate in their specific tasks.
