Broker
A broker is the life blood of the field organization, the level of service that they provide directly influences the degree to which a client will profit from and enjoy trade. A strong broker will learn about all their clients businesses to not only take phone calls but also proactively recommend that the client use a particular product or service. A broker will assemble weekly Tradeflashes and contact their complete client list at least twice a month via the phone. In smaller markets the broker would be expected to visit their clients on a regular basis. The broker position is exciting as you get to match people’s needs with items available through the network. A broker will actively trade with other Tradebank regions to ensure that the interests of their clients are being represented in all regions and to research the availability of products in other regions that are currently scarce in their home region.
